Ordering/Confirmation

How can I place an order? 

Placing an order through our website is easy! Watch our quick tutorial here :) 

 

How long does it take for orders to be processed? 

You’ll receive a text or email confirmation upon ordering, and deliveries may take between 2-5 days, depending on your location and when you place your order. Kindly refer to the schedules for deliveries and cut-offs below. 

How do I know if my order has been received? 

You can expect a text or an email confirmation upon ordering. Don’t worry about messaging us to re-confirm :)

 

Is there a cut-off date and time for orders?

Yes, kindly refer to the schedule above. Because we are a small team that caters to multiple households, we need time to process and pack orders, thus cut-off times will be strictly observed. Don’t worry though, deliveries are done every few days, and you’ll get your meat and veggies before you know it!

 

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery, check payments, online bank transfers (to our BDO account), and GCash. If you’re paying upon delivery, kindly have the check or exact amount of cash or the check ready to avoid delays.

 

To whom can I address my check payment?

Checks should be payable to Francisco Jose Primo L. Santos, BDO account number 0065 0010 3997

 

I just finished paying online. Where do I send my screenshot? Can I expect a payment confirmation? 

If you paid through GCash, follow the on-screen instructions to verify your payment. If done correctly, you should receive a confirmation message, and you won’t need to send us any proof of payment afterwards. 

Screenshots are necessary only if you’re paying through online bank transfer. You may send your screenshot to
paysikapfarms@gmail.com. Kindly forward proof of payment as soon as possible, to avoid the cancellation of your order.

Delivery

How long will it take before I receive my order?

This depends on when you placed your order and which products you’re ordering. Kindly refer to the schedule at the top of this page :)

 

What areas does Sikap Farms service? 

For now, we deliver to select areas:
    • Ayala Alabang Village 
    • Alabang Villages: Palms Pointe, Tierra Nueva
    • Cupang Villages: Alabang Hills, Hillsborough, Pacific Malayan, Alabang 400, Kalipayan Homes, Pacific Village, San Jose Village, Asia Enclaves
    • Daang Hari Villages: Alabang West, Ayala Southvale/Sonera, Versailles Alabang, Portofino, The Enclave Alabang, Verdana Homes, Katarungan Village
    • BF Homes 
    • Sucat Villages: East Bay, Posadas Village, Southbay Gardens, Rhapsody Residences
    • Makati: Dasmarinas Village, Forbes Park, Magallanes Village 
We are working to expand and service surrounding areas, and eventually other parts of Metro Manila as well. Exciting times ahead!

May I pick up my order if I live outside of the Alabang area?

No, not for now :( We do not have a warehouse; Our produce are quickly packed upon delivery and shipped out immediately to assure freshness. Don't worry, we’re working hard to service more areas!

 

I got a text that my order from Sikap Farms has been shipped. What does this mean?

Hooray! This means that we have packed your orders and sent them off. You can expect your order within the day.

 

Order Cancellations and Changes

Can I adjust my order?

You may only add items by repeating the process/placing a new order. In an effort to keep our system lean and, we will not attend to adjusting orders that have already been confirmed. Kindly refer to our Terms & Conditions :)

 

Can I cancel my order? 

All orders are considered final because once confirmed, the amounts are communicated directly to suppliers. Unless the order is delayed, cancellations will not be accommodated. Kindly refer to our Terms & Conditions :) 

 

Returns and Exchanges

What happens if my order was not delivered on time?

In the rare case that your order cannot be delivered on time, you will be notified beforehand. With the COVID-19 situation and lockdowns in effect, produce deliveries are sometimes held back. Kindly bear with us if this should be the case. If you would like to cancel your order because of the delay, you may do so by texting 0956 147 3603.

 

What happens if I receive an incomplete delivery?

Fruits and veggies vary with the season. While we try to keep our website up-to-date with what’s in stock, unforeseen shortages may sometimes arise.  In the event that any of your orders are not available, we will contact you separately before delivery and issue the corresponding refund afterwards. If there is something you think we may have missed, just text us at 0956 147 3603.

 

Can I return my orders for any reason? 

We take pride in the quality of our products, which are closely checked before delivery. We will not accommodate returns or exchanges for any reason. Kindly refer to our Terms and Conditions :)

 

Product Information

Where do the vegetables come from?

Our highland vegetables are harvested and delivered from farming communities in Sto Tomas, Benguet. Our lowland vegetables come from farms in Nueva Ecija and Batangas.

Where do the meats come from?

Our principal suppliers for pork are Robina Farms and Pilmico. Both suppliers are NMIS- certified (National Meat Inspection Service), processed in Triple-A slaughterhouses, and strictly follow the cold chain process. 

Our beef is imported from sources that are NMIS-certified, supported by COMI (Certificate of Meat Inspection of Imported Meat for Domestic Distribution), and have clearance from the Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI).
