Order Guidelines

Kindly read and understand the guidelines  listed below BEFORE shopping on the Sikap Farms website. These guidelines will serve as the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for using our website and availing of our services. By submitting an order, it is assumed that you have read, understood, and agreed to our T&Cs.

 

1. Areas of service

For now, we deliver to select areas:
  • Ayala Alabang Village 
  • Alabang Villages: Palms Pointe, Tierra Nueva
  • Cupang Villages: Alabang Hills, Hillsborough, Pacific Malayan, Alabang 400, Kalipayan Homes, Pacific Village, San Jose Village, Asia Enclaves
  • Daang Hari Villages: Alabang West, Ayala Southvale/Sonera, Versailles Alabang, Portofino, The Enclave Alabang, Verdana Homes, Katarungan Village
  • BF Homes 
  • Sucat Villages: East Bay, Posadas Village, Southbay Gardens, Rhapsody Residences
  • Makati: Dasmarinas Village, Forbes Park, Magallanes Village  

    2. Delivery schedules and order cut-offs

    The delivery schedules as well as order cut-off times for each area differ. Please refer to the schedule below:
    Kindly understand that delivery and order cut-offs will be strictly followed for ease of logistics and to assure freshness of products. 

     

    3. Receipt of goods upon delivery 

    Customers will receive a text notification on the day of their scheduled delivery. If the payment method is Cash on Delivery, kindly make sure the payment (cash in exact amount or check) has already been prepared. 
    Upon receipt of the fresh produce and other products, our drivers will ask you to inspect and sign the delivery form. This is to assure that you (or your representative) have received the products in good shape. 
    To ensure the freshness of our products for all customers, we follow a Waiting Time Policy: Upon arrival at your home, our drivers will wait a maximum of ten (10) minutes and attempt to call once. If nobody can receive the goods and pay for them (if applicable) within this time frame, they will proceed with their next deliveries. 

     

    4. Cancellations, refunds, returns, and exchanges

    All confirmed orders are considered final. Cancellations and refunds will be accepted only if the order in question has been affected by (1) a delay in delivery or (2) a sudden unavailability of an ordered product. All other confirmed orders may not be cancelled, refunded, returned, or exchanged for any other reason. 



    5. Product availability

    Availability of products is dependent on season and harvest. Sikap Farms reserves the right to adjust product offerings at any time without notice. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your display screen of any color will be accurate. 

    We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the phone number or email address provided by you. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. 



    6. Payments 


    You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. Payments must be done before all products are handed over at the doorstep. As a growing business, we do not open tabs or accept IOUs. 



    7. Personal information

    Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy


    8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

    You can review the most current version of the T&Cs at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these T&Cs by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website following the posting of any changes to these T&Cs constitutes acceptance of those changes.
